Job Title: Presales Associate
Location: Noida Sec 125
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective leads generated through various channels and qualify them for the sales team.
- Conduct initial counseling sessions with students/parents to understand their requirements.
- Explain course offerings, program benefits, and admission process clearly.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-ups (calls, emails, and chats).
- Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain lead details and update CRM tools accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion & qualification targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software preferred.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow in sales/admissions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
