Role Overview
The Growth Lead will spearhead FS Academy's expansion by driving institutional partnerships, student acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives. This role blends field leadership, sales strategy, and brand evangelism to accelerate FSA's presence across the education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end growth strategies across outreach, partnerships, and revenue.
• Drive field sales efforts to expand FSA's footprint across colleges, training centers, and institutions.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture long-term institutional and channel partnerships.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and seminars to promote FS Academy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat engagement and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on growth campaigns.
• Monitor EdTech market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
• 6–10+ years of EdTech, institutional sales, partnerships, or growth leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in B2B or B2C environments.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage field-intensive operations and multi-region outreach.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to travel extensively.
