Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Growth & Sales Lead at NextGen E-Learning Hub. The Growth & Sales Lead will drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, manage revenue generation efforts, and identify opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, optimizing growth hacking strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new market opportunities. This role also entails engaging with prospective clients, fostering relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales experience and expertise in implementing Growth Hacking strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills for performance tracking and informed decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and presentations
  • Experience in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about the edtech sector with strong understanding of industry trends
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related disciplines; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in leadership roles within sales or business growth is an advantage
