As a
Senior Sales Manager
, you will be the face of Kruu in your region—leading growth, shaping partnerships, and positioning Kruu as the premium PBL solution for schools and institutions.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Build and execute a powerful go-to-market strategy for your region.
- Strategic Growth & Market Leadership
- Convert untouched territories into thriving opportunities through smart positioning and influence.
- Create a strong sales pipeline by identifying high-value schools & education groups.
- Own your region like a mini-CEO and drive measurable quarterly growth.
- Intelligent Sales Execution
- Conduct impactful presentations for principals, management, and academic heads that convert interest into signed partnerships.
- Not just pitch—solve problems, simplify decisions, and influence stakeholders with clarity.
- Negotiate with confidence, close deals with certainty, and exceed targets.
- Relationship Building & Long-term Partnerships
- Build deep, meaningful relationships with institutions—based on trust, credibility, and continuous value.
- Maintain an active communication rhythm with all stakeholders to ensure strong retention and expansion.
- Become the regional thought leader for PBL, representing Kruu at events, conferences, and strategic forums.
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with academic, operations, and product teams to design solutions tailored to each school's needs.
- Lead outreach events, orientations, and workshops to amplify Kruu's impact.
- Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
What We Expect (Skills & Competencies)
Core Requirements:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation (Preferred: Sales, Marketing, Education Management).
- 5+ years of strong B2B educational sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing institutional sales (Schools/Universities/EdTech).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
