Job Description

This is a key role in the Sales and Business Development vertical of Visa India and will be responsible for managing key payment products, acquiring and digital banking platforms for one of the top-tier financial organizations. The role is expected to lead this client relationship with the aim of growing acquiring business & market share for Visa & driving strategic initiatives to deliver account plans and ensure delivery. Deepening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, ensuring compliance with Visa rules and market regulations, driving new solutions & growth in specific segments are some of the key deliverables.

You will also be required to deliver outcomes by driving the agenda with cross-functional teams internally and externally (with clients). The right candidate is expected to have prior experience of managing relationships (preferably with an acquiring background) with senior stakeholders as well as execution teams. The candidate is expected to develop strong alignment between the client organization and Visa, agree on strategic goals, and deliver both long-term and short-term outcomes, negotiate contractual terms within set parameters, and adhere to internal policies and procedures when structuring agreements. Be the principal point of contact for the accounts managed by the role, focusing on creating sustainable long-term relationships with partners and driving delivery.

The ideal candidate is expected to be a highly effective communicator who can form networks and make inroads into the client organization. You will operate in a complex, matrixed environment and be adept at developing a robust internal and external network of relevant global business leaders to support you in effective execution.
