The Pricing manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving sales pricing as an enhanced value to Beckman. This role will manage strategic pricing for existing business (CW, Menu Expansion, Annual Price Increase) and new business (deal modeling to drive effective ZBA comp wins).

This position is part of the SWA Commercial team located in Mumbai and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the SWA Commercial team and report to the Managing Director Bec Dx SWA responsible for driving sales pricing as an enhanced value to Beckman. This role will manage strategic pricing for existing business (CW, Menu Expansion, Annual Price Increase) and new business (deal modeling to drive effective ZBA comp wins). In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Driving and supporting pricing strategy for SWA and own end to end delivery and implementation of the same.

  • Strategic Deliverables:

    • Ensure deal models that optimize Gross margin and win rates, by looking at the lens of Value selling / Total cost of ownership (40 PERCENT )
    • Market benchmarking of pricing (10 PERCENT )
    • Create Price Calculator/ ROI tool (10 PERCENT )
    • Own and lead the effort to:
    • Drive direct and indirect price increases with customers by working closely with sales teams (40 PERCENT )
    • Unbundle FOC service working with the service team
  • Operational deliverables:

    • Pricing Standard work
    • Price Calculator / New deals
    • DHRP Deliverables
    • Service Revenue & GEMBA
Experience required:
  • 10 years of minimum experience in Commercial / Financial management in healthcare organizations
  • Bachelors degree with masters degree in business / finance or CA with 5 years experience
  • Experience in Commercial pricing & Financial Analysis
  • Commercial competence & Skills
  • Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results, and drive change
