We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students/trainees in various areas of hospitality, including guest relations, front office operations, food & beverage service, housekeeping, and customer service excellence.

The trainer will play a key role in preparing learners with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism required to succeed in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities


• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on hospitality management and operations.


• Train students in front office, housekeeping, F&B service, and customer handling skills.


• Conduct workshops, role plays, and simulations to enhance practical learning.


• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve performance.


• Stay updated with current hospitality industry standards and best practices.


• Design and update training materials, manuals, and assessments.


• Mentor and guide students to prepare them for job placements and internships.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.


• Proven work experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality sector (minimum 3–5 years).


• Prior experience in training/teaching will be an added advantage.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire learners.


• Knowledge of the latest hospitality trends and customer service practices
