Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leisure Travel Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Leisure Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consultation services, managing travel itineraries, arranging car rentals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing leisure travel experiences, offering excellent customer service, and managing travel-related queries and bookings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Travel Management practices
  • Experience with Car Rental arrangements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, or related field is a plus
