About The Role:

You are a visual storyteller, a hands-on hustler, and a design enthusiast ready to elevate the Treebo brand. This role requires more than just technical editing—it demands a Creative Specialist who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of video content. You will own the post-production process end-to-end, acting as an autonomous problem-solver who requires minimal direction. We are looking for someone with an exceptional aesthetic sense who is eager to experiment with cutting-edge layouts, transitions, and, crucially, who actively incorporates AI tools to innovate and maximize creative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Ownership: Lead the entire post-production workflow and project delivery with full autonomy and minimal direction.
• Design & Graphics: Conceptualize and integrate high-impact motion graphics and text using strong graphic design principles.
• Visual Experimentation: Continuously experiment with cutting-edge layouts, transitions, and effects to maintain fresh, industry-leading content.
• AI Integration: Proactively utilize Generative AI tools and video-specific platforms to streamline workflows and enhance visual creativity.
• Technical Mastery: Execute high-quality edits, including precision trimming, advanced sound design/mixing, color grading, and final output optimization.
• Creative Collaboration: Consult with teams to ensure the final visual product meets and exceeds the original creative vision.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in video editing or motion design (mid-level capability).
• Aesthetic & Design Acumen: Exceptional aesthetic sense and deep practical knowledge of graphic design principles (typography, color theory, composition).
• The Hustler Mindset: Proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Innovation: Track record of seeking and implementing emerging video technologies and AI tools to improve speed and creative output.
• Portfolio: A stellar portfolio demonstrating creative experimentation, sophisticated effects, and high production value.
• Foundational Knowledge: Thorough understanding of cinematic storytelling, timing, motivation, and continuity.
