About Job: We are looking to hire a talented and experienced Junior Video Editor to join us. As a Junior video editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating a finished. These broadcast-worthy projects accurately reflect the vision of the production Head.
To ensure success as a video editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualise directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule. Ultimately, a top-notch video editor can perfectly translate a director's idea into a beautifully crafted film or video piece, worthy of broadcasting.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a video editor
  • Experience with digital technology and editing software packages. (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut, Photoshop)
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Edit videos creatively, enhance the story and match the producer s vision
  • Constantly innovate and use new editing ideas and techniques.
  • Creative and storytelling skills
  • Should Know about Camera
  • Create and edit videos for Social Media, blogs, and Ads.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
  • Retouch and manipulate videos.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop the best video to support the brand and Digital Marketing team.
  • Receive feedback and make necessary changes.
