Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Human Resources Head. The HR Head will lead all facets of human resource management, including strategic planning, policy development, and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives. The responsibilities include focused talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations. Overseeing compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing organizational development, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills in HR strategy, organizational development, and team management
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Strong knowledge in employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development
  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR policy development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Change management and ability to drive cultural transformation
  • Prior experience in multinational or construction-related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
