Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and develop employee training programs. They will administer compliance with labor laws, address employee relations issues, and support organizational development initiatives. The role also involves analyzing HR metrics, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management practices
  • Knowledge of employee training, development, and performance management
  • Understanding of compliance with labor laws, workplace policies, and employee relations
  • Experience in organizational development, strategic HR planning, and workforce analytics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus)
  • Experience in the safety or manufacturing industry is advantageous
