  • Read, interpret, and work on electrical circuits, control panels & machine drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulic circuit & powerpack troubleshooting and upkeep.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities and maintain proper logbooks/records.
  • Coordinate with production for machine changeovers, trials & continuous operations.
  • Ensure availability and monitoring of spares, tools, and consumables for smooth functioning.
  • Support installation & commissioning of new machines, utilities, and electrical systems.
  • Monitor energy consumption & utility performance and suggest improvements.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and support EHS in machine/electrical safety compliance.
  • Guide and support junior technicians/operators in daily maintenance tasks.
  • Report maintenance KPIs, breakdown analysis, and suggest improvement actions to management.
