Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Ujjain. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves monitoring sales performance, providing training and support to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Unit Sales Manager will also be involved in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications - Sales Management and Leadership skills - Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies - Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills - Market Analysis and Business Development skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
