Job Title GIS ExpertLocation UjjainEducational Qualification Postgraduate or Graduate degree in GIS and Remote Sensing Technology or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the infrastructure sector preferably in urban development or regional planning Must have worked on at least 2 projects involving GIS-based master planning or site planning for o State Central Government Agencies o Urban Local Bodies ULBs o International Funding Institutions IFIs e g World Bank ADB Key Responsibilities 1 Review Assessment Review all existing GIS work completed or ongoing for the employer e g government agency or urban authority Prepare a status report working paper outlining current progress data gaps and improvement areas 2 GIS System Development Implementation Lead the design development and deployment of a comprehensive GIS database and mapping system for the project Create an as-built asset database covering all relevant infrastructure components Design and implement a systematic update mechanism for asset mapping and spatial data over the project lifecycle 3 Reporting Documentation Prepare and submit a detailed GIS Report covering o Spatial data integration o Asset inventory mapping o Recommendations for updates and integration with MIS other systems 4 Project-Wide GIS Strengthening Oversee the implementation and strengthening of GIS systems across all relevant project components and departments Ensure consistency in spatial data standards map formats and database structures Provide training support to internal teams or departments to enhance GIS usage and maintenance Key Skills Tools Proficiency in GIS software such as o ArcGIS QGIS o AutoCAD Map 3D o ERDAS Imagine or other Remote Sensing tools Experience with spatial data analysis asset mapping and geo-database development Ability to integrate GIS with other platforms e g MIS BIM CAD tools Familiarity with urban infrastructure planning utility mapping and as-built documentation Strong reporting and visualization skills map-based reporting thematic mapping etc Job Title Project Management cum Contract ExpertLocation Insert Location Employment Type Full-Time Contract-Based Reports To Team Leader Project DirectorEducational Qualification Postgraduate degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or an equivalent field from a recognized institution Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the infrastructure sector Must have worked on at least 2 projects involving o Project Management Contract Management or o Bid Process Management Procurement for State or Central Government Agencies Urban Local Bodies ULBs International Funding Institutions IFIs e g World Bank ADB Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Execution Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation Track project progress against schedule and ensure timely completion of deliverables 2 Contract Management Draft review and manage contracts with contractors consultants and vendors Ensure all contractual terms deliverables penalties and conditions are well-defined and enforced Monitor compliance with contract terms throughout the project lifecycle 3 Procurement Bid Process Support Assist in the preparation of tender documents bid evaluations and contract negotiations Ensure procurement processes follow government and donor agency guidelines Support vendor selection based on technical and financial criteria 4 Budgeting Cost Control Monitor project budgets control expenditures and ensure financial discipline across all stages Provide inputs for budget revisions and financial forecasting 5 Risk Management Identify potential project risks delays and legal issues Develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies 6 Quality Assurance Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and contractual obligations Coordinate with technical experts for quality checks and approvals 7 Stakeholder Coordination Act as a key liaison between the client contractors consultants and internal teams Facilitate effective communication and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks 8 Documentation Reporting Maintain thorough documentation of project activities decisions and contractual records Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and audit requirements Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management and stakeholders Key Skills Strong knowledge of contract law procurement procedures and construction contracts e g FIDIC CPWD Proficiency in project management tools e g MS Project Primavera Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments Job Type Full-time Pay 8 582 52 - 44 246 17 per month Work Location In person
