We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR administration and will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:Manage employee records and maintain the HR database accurately.
Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support payroll processing by coordinating with the finance team and maintaining attendance records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Manage statutory compliance and documentation related to labor laws and company policies.
Address routine employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and leave management.
Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for HR-related services.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
