Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Executive located in Gurgaon. The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. Additionally, this role involves handling administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. The HR and Admin Executive will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources skills including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
  • Administrative skills such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR and administrative roles
