Position: Travel & HR Support Executive

Location: Corporate Office

Department: HR & Admin

Salary: 25,000 per month

Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (6 days working)

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our Corporate HR team as a Travel & HR Support Executive. This role will act as the central point of contact for all travel-related coordination across locations, while also being the SPOC for travel arrangements of Corporate Office employees. In addition, the role will extend support to the HR & Admin teams in day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth functioning of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Administration Support

  • Maintain the front desk/reception area in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Coordinate with the Admin team for smooth running of facilities and office support services.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls, visitors, and courier services.
  • Support event/meeting coordination as needed.

HR Support

  • Assist Corporate HR in day-to-day operations, including:

  • Welcoming and onboarding new joiners.

  • Supporting with biometric registration and joining formalities.
  • Maintaining employee files and documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries as required.

Travel Coordination

  • Act as the central travel desk coordinator for capturing, consolidating, and maintaining travel-related data across all locations.
  • Serve as the SPOC for travel requests for employees based at the Corporate Office.
  • Coordinate with location-specific travel desk representatives to ensure consistency and compliance with travel guidelines.
  • Track, update, and maintain records of travel bookings, approvals, and expenses for reporting and audit purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Administration/HR/Commerce).
  • 1-3 years of experience in travel desk, administration, or HR support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a customer-service mindset.
