Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer who can conceptualize and design unique, aesthetically appealing, and commercially viable jewelry collections in line with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development: Create innovative and trend-driven jewelry designs for various collections.

Market Research: Stay updated with global fashion trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.

Design Execution: Develop high-quality sketches, CAD models, and technical drawings for production.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and business goals.

Material & Finish Selection: Recommend suitable materials, stones, and finishes while keeping cost and quality in mind.

Prototyping & Sampling: Coordinate with manufacturers and artisans for prototype creation and final production readiness.

Quality Assurance: Ensure final products match design specifications and maintain brand standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Matrix, CAD, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.

Strong understanding of materials, stones, settings, and production techniques.

2–4 years of experience in jewelry designing (freshers with exceptional portfolios may be considered).

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to visualize concepts in 2D & 3D.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of demi-fine and contemporary jewelry trends.

Experience working with D2C or fashion/luxury brands.

Ability to balance design aesthetics with commercial viability.
