Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Pune. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory management, implementing sales strategies, and coordinating with the headquarters. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining store standards, training employees, and managing customer service relations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Management and Sales
  • Strong Leadership and Staff Management skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Merchandising
  • Knowledge of Sales Strategies and Marketing
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
