Social Media Executive
who lives and breathes fashion, creativity, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Palmonas' social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Ideate, script, and coordinate
    photo and video content
    (especially Reels and short-form videos).
  • Collaborate with the
    design, content, influencer, and marketing
    teams to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and UGC in Palmonas' signature tone.
  • Keep an eye on social media trends, fashion aesthetics, and competitors to drive innovation.
  • Track analytics and performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support influencer collaborations, campaign shoots, and new collection launches.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    social media marketing
    for a D2C, fashion, jewelry, or beauty brand.
  • Strong understanding of
    Instagram and Reels trends
    — with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms
    .
  • Passion for fashion, jewelry, and visual storytelling.
