Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Understand customer requirements and present relevant solutions or products.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales or business development team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM/ATS with accurate sales activity details.
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with resilience and persistence.
  • Knowledge of international markets (US/UK/MEA) is an added advantage.
