
Sales Development Representative

Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and present relevant solutions or products.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales or business development team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM/ATS with accurate sales activity details.
- Nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with resilience and persistence.
- Knowledge of international markets (US/UK/MEA) is an added advantage.
