Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

2. Visitor & Client Handling

  • Assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide basic information about the company, products, or services.

3. Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with basic data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and inform administration when replenishment is needed.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor meetings and inquiries.
  • Relay important messages or updates to staff.
  • Assist HR with routine tasks when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
