Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Visitor & Client Handling
- Assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Provide basic information about the company, products, or services.
3. Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and inform administration when replenishment is needed.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor meetings and inquiries.
- Relay important messages or updates to staff.
- Assist HR with routine tasks when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
