We're Hiring: Receptionist (Female Candidate)

We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and confident female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage and route incoming calls efficiently while maintaining office communication.
  • Handle front-desk operations including mail, courier, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure office reception area remains tidy and organized.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams as required.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, calls handling tools, etc.)
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
