Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Support marketing or event coordination activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, client-focused attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
