Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end iSTAR consulting projects for enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by designing and implementing innovative iSTAR solutions that optimize business processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, formulate strategies, and execute effective solution deployment.

  • Engage directly with clients, providing expert guidance, actionable insights, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Mentor and train junior consultants on iSTAR best practices and operational methodologies to enhance team capabilities.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

  • 7+ years of experience in IT consulting or related digital transformation roles with a strong background in iSTAR methodologies.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale consulting projects and driving successful outcomes.

  • Excellent client engagement skills with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and their application in solution design.

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration within enterprise systems.

  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for deriving actionable insights from business data.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and their importance in digital transformation initiatives.

  • Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) for tracking and reporting.

Preferred :

  • Experience with remote consulting platforms, advanced project management tools, and enterprise software solutions.

  • Familiarity with additional consulting frameworks and business analysis techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML) to complement iSTAR expertise.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in leading agile teams.

  • Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) implementation or integration.
