*This is a 6 month contract role initially with strong likelihood of extension or potential permanency in the future. Also please note that one requirement of the hiring process will be an in person interview at our Bangalore Office.

Roles & Responsibilities

Information System

Manage employee records and maintain HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Prepare and process employment-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and termination notices.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with relevant departments.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Support the resolution of employee issues or conflicts in a confidential and professional manner.Assist in relocation programmes & secondments and provide support on a country by country, case by case basis

Compliance, Reporting & Policy Adherence

Ensuring compliance with local regulations, applicable laws, H&MV Engineering HR procedures and industry best practise.Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to track HR operations and performance.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.Assist in the implementation of HR technology and tools to streamline operations.Collaborate with the global HR team to address employee concerns, new processes, initiatives and suggestions for continuous improvement. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
