Junior HR Operations Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Operations Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing new hire documentation.
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve any related inquiries.
Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate the enrollment and changes in benefits programs.
Compliance: Support compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics as required for management review.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (eg, Workday, ADP) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
