Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage entire recruitment cycle with desired TAT, scope includes manpower planning, sourcing, screening, Interviewing.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
· Act as a SPOC for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
· Developing employee engagement initiatives/calendar, promoting positive work environment.
· Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
· Preparing daily/ monthly/quarterly review reports as per the management requirement Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance management.
· Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.
· Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees, coordinating in organizing trainings as per calendar & assist to keep track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
· Keeping track attendance, leaves & reimbursements, in adherence to Company policies.
· Ensure statutory compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
· Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
· Timely updating & managing employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance records.
· Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration including insurance, gratuity & full and final settlements.
