About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR Analytics to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven HR decisions through advanced reporting, insights, and analytics. This role will closely collaborate with the Senior Vice President HR to support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, engagement, attrition, and productivity.
  • Support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and headcount reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Present findings and insights to senior management in a clear, visual, and strategic manner.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data and reporting.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and leverage automation where possible.
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc data requests, analysis, and KPI tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced), and HR analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics (attrition, headcount, productivity, engagement, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders.
