Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the daily HR operations of our organization based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core HR functions such as Payroll, PF/ESIC compliance, Attendance Management, and other end-to-end HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, documentation, and compliance.
  • Handle payroll processing and maintain salary structure as per company policy.
  • Ensure timely submission and compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage daily attendance, leave tracking, and shift scheduling.
  • Maintain HRMS or manual records accurately.
  • Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Male candidates only (as per organizational requirement).
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA HR preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in core HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, and labour laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
