Position Title: HR Manager

Location: Zak, Gandhinagar (Gujarat)

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Foundry / Die Casting

Experience: 5–10 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: General Manager / Director / Plant Head

Role Objective:

To lead the HR function by managing recruitment, training, performance management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies & manpower plans.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee retention.
  • Manage performance appraisals and KPI tracking.
  • Drive employee engagement, relations, and grievance handling.
  • Plan and execute training & development programs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave/OT management.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/factory setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance.
  • Proficient in HRMS and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
