Overview

We are seeking a skilled BMC Remedy ITSM Developer to design, develop, and customize ITSM solutions using BMC Remedy and Helix platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ITSM modules including Asset Management, CMDB, Digital Workplace (DWP), Smart IT, and Helix Dashboards. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly ITSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom workflows, forms, and integrations within BMC Remedy and Helix ITSM.
  • Customize and configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Implement and maintain Digital Workplace (DWP) and Smart IT interfaces.
  • Develop and manage Helix Dashboards for reporting and analytics.
  • Perform data modeling and reconciliation in CMDB.
  • Integrate Remedy with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Remedy applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (8.x, 9.x, or Helix).
  • Proficiency in AR System, Developer Studio, and workflow development.
  • Experience with Asset Management and CMDB configuration and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Workplace (DWP) and Smart IT.
  • Knowledge of Helix Dashboard creation and customization.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
