Job Description
1. Equity Plan Administration & Operations
  • Manage end-to-end equity lifecycle activities, including granting, vesting, leaver processing, cancellations, and master data maintenance etc .
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of equity transactions in collaboration with Equatex .
  • Oversee All Employee Share Plan administration, including enrolment, and employee queries
  • Support implementation of new equity projects (Project OurShare, Share Plans and Cash Plans etc.) and system enhancements.
2. Compliance, Audits & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies related to equity compensation.
  • Support internal/external audits by providing documentation and resolving queries.
  • Prepare and validate equity-related financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting for accounting, tax, and payroll teams.
  • Maintain audit-ready records of all equity transactions and approvals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with P&O, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Tax teams to ensure seamless equity plan execution.
  • Liaise with Equatex and EY (or other vendors) for technical troubleshooting, system updates, and process alignment.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees, P&O, Finance, and managers on equity plans, policies, and portal usage.
4. Data Management & System Expertise
  • Ensure Workday/HR Core data accuracy related to equity grants, vesting, and employee eligibility.
  • Oversee equity data feeds between Workday, equity platforms, and payroll systems.
  • Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
5. Process Improvement & Projects
  • Lead/participate in equity-related projects , including system upgrades, plan design changes, and Interface integrations.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance equity administration processes for scalability and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in equity compensation administration , preferably in a global organization.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Equatex, Shareworks, or other equity platforms .
  • Strong knowledge of Workday/HRIS systems (equity data loads, reporting).
  • Experience with SOX compliance, payroll integration, and global equity plans.
