As part of our deep DEI commitment, our CEO has joined the OneTen coalition to create one million jobs for Black Americans within ten years Hyderabad, India - Job Description:Strategic Leadership*: Develop and implement comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that align with business objectives, driving talent attraction, retention, and engagement.ADP global annual focal point review- responsible and accountable for the implementation and execution of ADP annual FPR from pre-planning to associates communication and discussion.Global Job Architecture- ADP follows global job architecture and this role is responsible for continuous review, monitoring and consultation with HR and business leadership across GSS international scope.Associate Benefits- All associate benefits including planning, implementation, review, renewals and all policy design will be the responsibility of this roleProgram Design and Administration*: Oversee the design, development, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Market Analysis and Benchmarking*: Conduct advanced market research and analysis to determine competitive Total Rewards packages, identifying trends and best practices.Data-Driven Insights*: Analyze and interpret complex data to inform Total Rewards decisions, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to Total Rewards, mitigating risks and ensuring corporate governance.Stakeholder Management*: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners to drive business outcomes through strategic Total Rewards planning.Employee Communication and Education*: Develop and deliver effective communication plans to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs, driving engagement and understanding.Budgeting and Cost Management*: Manage compensation and benefits budgets, analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for optimization.Skills and Experiences:15+ years of experience in HR, with senior leadership experience of end to end Total Rewards function in large organizations.Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulationsProven track record of designing and implementing strategic compensation and benefits programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with HR systems, including HRIS and benefits administration platformsMaster's degree in HR, Business, or Compensation & BenefitsPreferred Qualifications:Good analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skillsAbility to communicate effectively across all layers of the organizationKnowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulationsStrong business acumenWillingness to learn new systems and processesGood communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starterAbility to influence others and build a strong business case for people as a growth driverContinuous improvement and growth mindsetWhat are you waiting for?
