Role Description
Doctor Engagement & Referral Manager | Hyderabad
We are looking for a dynamic professional to strengthen our doctor referral network and drive engagement initiatives at our fertility clinic in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & nurture relationships with referring doctors
Organize RTMs, CMEs & awareness programs
Track referral data & optimize outreach strategies
Collaborate with marketing on doctor engagement campaigns
Act as a key liaison ensuring smooth patient journeys
Qualifications
MBA/Life Sciences/Pharmacy or related degree
2-3 years in healthcare marketing, doctor engagement, or business development
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Knowledge of fertility/reproductive healthcare (preferred)
