*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of proven experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with field work, building strong client relationships, and achieving growth targets through strategic business development initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities in the market.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business leads.

Meet clients in person (field visits) to present and pitch products/services.

Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

*Key Requirements:*

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Willingness and ability to travel for field work (local or regional).

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
