Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and creative Branding & Strategy Manager to lead brand-building initiatives, design strategic marketing campaigns, and strengthen our overall market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and driving growth through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute branding strategies to position the company as a market leader.
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, digital, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Manage brand campaigns, from ideation to execution and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, suggesting improvements.
  • Drive innovation and creative storytelling to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and events that align with the brand vision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4–7 years) in brand management, strategy, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office/Google Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital branding and social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of advertising, media planning, and PR.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
