Regional & Territory Sales Managers Medical Devices (Neuro / Surgical / Interventional / Capital Equipment)

Locations: Pan India – North, South, West, East (Multiple Openings)

About the Role

We are expanding our sales leadership and frontline teams across India for our cutting-edge Neuro and Surgical Medical Devices portfolio, including interventional and capital equipment.

We are hiring:

  • Regional Sales Heads – Senior leadership roles managing zonal P&L, strategy, and large teams.
  • Territory Sales Managers – Field sales roles driving growth and key customer engagement in assigned territories.

These roles are pivotal in shaping our commercial success and strengthening partnerships across hospitals, surgical centers, and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales and revenue growth for assigned region/territory across product lines (Surgical, Interventional & Capital Equipment).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with national objectives and market opportunities.
  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams (for regional roles).
  • Drive strong relationships with neurosurgeons, interventional specialists, KOLs, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through effective account management and distributor engagement.
  • Conduct product demos, clinical presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Service — for product launches and customer support.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competition, and customer insights to shape strategy and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

  • Regional Head: 12–15 years of experience in Medical Device Sales with team leadership & distributor/channel management.

  • Territory Manager: 8–10 years of experience in Medical Devices with strong field sales and account management exposure.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in Surgical/Interventional/Capital Equipment segments.

  • Established network with hospitals, surgeons, and procurement departments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned geography.
