Role & responsibilities
CSR Partnerships will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy. This role requires a proven track record of securing significant funding from corporate sources, a deep understanding of India's CSR regulations and practices, and exceptional relationship management skills to ensure mutually successful program implementation and reporting.
Strategy & Development
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with potential and existing corporate partners.
- Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to secure funding through CSR initiatives.
- Leading negotiations and finalizing agreements with corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Staying abreast of CSR trends, regulations, and best practices in India, and leveraging this knowledge to enhance fundraising efforts.
Partnership Management & Implementation
- Collaborating with internal teams (programs, finance, and communications) to design and implement impactful CSR projects and initiatives.
- Overseeing the management of CSR partnerships, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and effective communication.
- Monitoring and analyzing fundraising performance, tracking key metrics, and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand CSR outreach.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development within the non-profit sector in India.
- Track Record: Proven success in securing significant funding from corporate sources.
- Candidate should have connect with CSR heads of companies focused on education and skilling. The candidate should have existing connections and be skilled in networking pan India.
