Job Overview:

Bangalore Group of Institutions is seeking a proactive CSR Executive/Manager to manage and implement the company's CSR initiatives and funds. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring social responsibility projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and creating a positive social impact aligned with the institution's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, manage, and execute CSR programs and initiatives using allocated CSR funds.

· Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR activities and prepare detailed reports.

· Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 (CSR provisions) and other applicable regulations.

· Liaise with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders for effective project execution.

· Prepare budgets, track CSR fund utilization, and maintain accurate financial records.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance the social impact of CSR initiatives.

· Organize events, workshops, and campaigns for social development and community engagement.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align CSR activities with organizational values and goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong understanding of CSR policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards.

· Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.

· Ability to analyze social impact and prepare reports.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CSR, social work, or corporate philanthropy.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

· B.Com with CA Articleship or 3 years' experience in a CA Firm will also be considered.
