Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter with a strong background in the BFSI and Banking sector to manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various functions, including retail banking, corporate banking, risk, compliance, operations, and other BFSI-specific domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the BFSI and banking verticals.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications
  • Use various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide market intelligence and hiring trends in the BFSI sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and job postings.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives within the industry

Qualifications

  • Graduate from any Background.
  • 5 to 9 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on BFSI Sales Roles
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth financial environment.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI functional areas and industry-specific hiring challenges
  • Strong networking skills and industry connections within BFSI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities
