As we expand our global learning footprint, we are looking for a
Training Operations Specialist
to anchor and scale our ATP operations from our Pune headquarters.

Role Overview

The
ATP Training Operations Specialist
will be responsible for managing the operational backbone of Tudip's global training delivery. This includes
trainer scheduling, client coordination, Client expectation alignment, reporting, and process optimization and ATP client expansion
.

This role is central to ensuring smooth, high-quality execution of training engagements across multiple geographies (U.S., EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

Key Responsibilities


•
Training Operations & Coordination

◦ Oversee end-to-end training delivery logistics for ATP programs globally.

◦ Manage the scheduling, confirmation, and tracking of all training sessions.

◦ Coordinate between trainers, clients, and Databricks enablement teams to ensure timely delivery.


•
Trainer Management

◦ Maintain trainer availability calendars (via Calendly or similar platforms).

◦ Onboard and support new trainers, ensuring compliance with Tudip standards.

◦ Track trainer performance metrics (CSAT scores, quality feedback, attendance).


•
Client & Partner Communication

◦ Serve as a single point of contact for Client enablement and partner teams for scheduling and delivery updates.

◦ Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction levels.

◦ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client delivery documentation.


•
Reporting & Process Management

◦ Maintain reports on revenue, trainer utilization, and training delivery performance.

◦ Generate weekly and monthly dashboards for internal and partner reviews.

◦ Support the automation of operational workflows and process standardization.


•
Compliance & Quality

◦ Ensure all training sessions adhere to ATP quality and certification standards.

◦ Track and report feedback to continuously improve delivery performance.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Operations, or related field
.


• 3–6 years of experience in
training operations, learning delivery management, or partner enablement
, ideally within a technology or education services company.


• Experience working with
global clients
and
cross-functional teams
.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.


• Proficiency with
Excel, Google Workspace, CRM tools
, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly, Smartsheet).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience


• Exposure to
ATP ecosystem
or
enterprise tech training programs
.


• Experience managing remote trainers or global training operations.


• Familiarity with
LMS platforms
or
enablement tools
.


• Experience in expanding ATP business.
