Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Jabalpur. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, managing a team to ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt. Additionally, the role involves communicating with clients to resolve account discrepancies, supervising the recording of collection activities, and preparing reports on collection activities and outstanding amounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing collections, minimizing bad debt, and developing collection strategies
  • Strong supervisory skills to manage and lead a team efficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports on collection activities
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve the collections process
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the financial or banking sector is a plus
