Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for project promotions.
- Track and report sales performance to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or team management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Real Estate Experience is mandatory
