Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Creative Head, located in Trivandrum. The Creative Head will oversee the creative direction of the company, driving branding and creative strategies to align with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include leading the creative team, ensuring the development of high-quality creative outputs, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and strategizing innovative branding and design solutions that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to guide and manage creative processes effectively
  • Proficiency in Branding to maintain and enhance the company's identity and market positioning
  • Expertise in Graphic Design with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content
  • Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate creative visions and pitch concepts
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for innovative project execution
  • Relevant experience in an educational technology or similar field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts, Design, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred
