We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital strategy, along with proven experience managing teams and driving performance marketing in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Oversee all aspects of website performance, keyword strategy, and content marketing.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Optimize marketing budgets and track KPIs for lead cost, conversion rate, and digital reach.
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Monitor digital trends, analytics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and enhance the company's online reputation and social media presence.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to ensure effective landing pages and UI/UX optimization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics (GA4).
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns in real estate.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, data analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in team management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Real Estate or Property Marketing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing is preferred.
