Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai (Job involves more than 50% travelling)

Experience: 5-7 years

Industry: LED Displays, Digital Signage, AV Solutions or Similar Industry

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our Active LED display business within the designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the region, including new markets, applications, and customer segments.

Business Development:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, AV integrators, consultants, and partners.
  • Identify potential customers and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to proactively address customer needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with AV integrators, AV consultants, and key decision-makers in vertical markets such as retail, corporate, OOH, hospitality, education, and government projects.

Account Management & Sales Execution:

  • Oversee major accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
  • Work closely with architects, project managers, and procurement teams to drive sales in a B2B environment.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, trade shows, industry events, and referrals.
  • Leverage marketing campaigns and inbound leads to generate new sales pipelines.
  • Develop a strong channel network by partnering with distributors and resellers.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of goals and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5-7 years in sales management, preferably in the
    Active LED display, AV solutions, or B2B direct sales industry.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of LED display technology, AV integration, and project-based sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including AV integrators, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Network: Strong experience in working with AV integrators and AV consultants to drive sales and expand market presence.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
