Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (Sales) plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new clients, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business. This role demands strong communication, persuasive selling, and a deep understanding of customer needs. The BDE will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as Google Ads , Meta Ads.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients to secure new business.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Skills: Proficiency in lead generation, and sales techniques CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms.
- Expertise: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated individual.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
