We are Hiring Chat Process Executive (Fresher & Experience - Undergraduate)

Responsibilities:

  10. Problem Resolution:

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using chat platforms.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries with tact and professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
